shifter question
I have a 03 Z06 and my question is a B&M aftermarket shifter any better than the stock Z shifter?
Thanks, Jason

I've had the B&M and MGW in my z06, and I like the B&M better. To each their own.

MGW or Billet Pro are the only short shifters I would consider.

The MGW shifter has gotten a lot of very good reviews. You might want to take a look at it.
Also, a lot of people like the C6 Z06 shifter.

I run the B&M ripper shifter w/Delrin **** in my 02.I did the Anti-Venom mod w/2 washers and run RP fluid in the trans.
Shifts are firm, easy and no rattles.
I like it.

Shifters
I had the B&M and now have the C6 Z shifter. C6 Z is a short throw shifter. I personally like it better than the B&M shifter. The C5 ball will not work on the C6 shifter and you will have to modify the shifter boot (cut the ring out and zip tie).
