If I don't drive the vette more than once a week I need to reprogram the key fob, Is this normal?
Also, my RT mirror points to the ground like another drivers fob program was used, and needs resetting into the jack screws when it over adjusts.
Is this the ghoast of a past owner? Left over programing?
I keep the battery on a float charger, so it has consistant power.

No, it's not normal - your fob should retain its sync with the car all the time. It could be that you have a battery in the fob going bad, or the fob itself may be having problems.
As for the mirror, if you have the memory package, it could need to be set for your preferences. How to do it is in the owners manual.
