I have used Lexol, Meguairs and Zaino.

I have to say I liked the Zaino best, but the other two are easily available locally. Target usually discounts the Meguiars every few months.

The most important thing to use something regularly. Avoid letting the leather dry out, and you will be happy

The other thing I do is wipe the seats with Aerospace 303, it has great UV protection. 303 is awesome

I use Meguairs quick interior detalier (its good to use on all interior surfaces including leather) for day to day cleaning. about twice a year I use leather cleaner and conditoner, keeps the seats looking and feeling new and clean.

The best thing for your leather is products which contain neetsfoot oil and or lanolin. Another key trick is to use a natural hair bristle brush on the leather in a circular pattern. This will massage the conditioner into the leather and remove and dirt or buildup in the grain. After your done applying the product with the brush use a clean microfiber towel to remove the access and grime. Simply wiping with a towel will not get you these results.

This method above will also remove the blue staining on tan leather seats around the bolster and seating areas from jeans.

I decided to order the Zaino that everyone is talking about. I want to smell what everyone keeps raving about.

I'm going to add another to the Zaino users. I've been using Zaino inside and out on all my cars since 2004. After a good cleaning with the spray and rubbing the Leather in a bottle in a few hours later, my whole garage smells like a leather outlet for a few days. I love it!

Well I got the leather cleaner and leather in a bottle today. To tell the truth after I use these two bottles I wont be ordering anymore. Not that the stuff is bad but I cant really tell a difference. Its only the first day of use so I know it will take time to take effect. Also I kinda like the peace of mind the Meguairs leather conditioner gives me seeing as how it protects against UV rays and has sun tan lotion mixed in.

I also use the Meguairs conditioner every month so my seats/dash/door etc are in pretty good shape and I doubt the Zaino would do any better. The REAL reason I got the stuff was to see about this "leather" smell everyone is talking about. Maybe I got a bad batch but my stuff smelled like soap(i guess it is?).

My dad has a 02 SL500 with about 50k miles on it and he has only cleaned his leather maybe 5 times and it still smells like new. I was hoping to get that smell his car has so I guess my expectations were pretty high for the Zaino. If I could get my leather to smell like his then I would be but I dont think the leather in my Chevy is the same as the Benz

I guess all in all Im happy with my Meguairs. I can run to autozone and get it, the bottle is bigger, and it gives me some peace of mind against UV rays

If your looking for great leather smell, Griot's has leather scent in a bottle, a couple of squirts in your carpet and the interior smells like brand new leather for days

I've started using meguiar's leather stuff for the past few months on a recommendation and so far I have nothing negative to say.

I agree,,,,easy to use, great protection and makes my seats look and smell new. I have used 303 Aerospace Protectant for over 2 years and anyone that sees my interior wants to know what I use. Not the easiest thing to get in my area so I just order it ahead and in sufficient quantity.
