Apologies if this has been posted previously, but due to business pressures I haven't had time to visit the forum as often as I would like and have been out of touch with the latest news.
I did a search but didn't find anything related to Corvette Palace closing its doors.
Another victim of the current economic climate I guess. A shame as all of their cars for sale seemed to be very nice examples and I had heard nothing but good reports about them as a business.
Are there anyother good Vette dealerships like that around. I talked to them a couple of months ago and was very impressed with thier knowledge and inventory. They were at the top of my list to buy from.

Corvette Palace was or is in my local area. Some discussion went around about their closing through the Vette club emails. Here is what I have been told.
We talked to William when we bought our 07 on May 1st and he said they have purchased 2 out of state Chevrolet dealerships and had to close Corvette Palace due to conflict of interest. They are not 'going out of business', they are expanding their business opportunities...just not in the resale of vettes.
Im sure he isnt totally out of sale. The guy that ownes it told me that he also deals in exotics such as Lambo's, Ferrari's and others in the same class. I bought my car there in November of 2006 and was happy with the dealings.
I visit Rogers when I'm in Fl. they never ask to help you if you walk in,guess if you need help you'll ask, great low mileage selection.
I have never visited Rogers Corvettes showroom, but have heard that they have an "aloof" sales method.
But as you say, they certainly have a fantastic, low mileage selection of cars....with prices to match of course. If you wanted to avoid the hassles of buying privately and were looking for one stop shopping it looks like a great place to go. As did Corvette Palace........which is why it is a sad thing that they opted to pursue ventures other than used Corvette sales.
The cars at rodgers look great and talk about low mileage but I wonder about that. Is it a good idea to buy a 5 year-old car with 1,000 miles on it? What about seals and or gaskets drying out or does that matter anymore?
However, 36k for an 03 Zo6? I hope those price flexable.
For premium vettes Corvette Palace was the premier place to go. I'm am really sorry to lose them. I only had one occasion to deal with them, but it was first rate.
I emailed William this morning and he confirmed they are closing Corvette Palace - sad to see them go..hope they do as well with the Chevy dealers they are buying.
And I am curious how they "liquidated" their stock of cars. It seemed that one minute they had their usual extensive inventory, and then suddenly just the one 2002 Torch Red coupe they have advertised now.
I wonder if they all went to auction, or if they were bought by another dealer like Rogers.
