well within the next month or so i will have my first vette if everything goes to plan . now its a 1998 corvette silver m6. im thinking of intake, exhaust and tune. i was thinkin cam and headers too but i dont know how reliable cams are and what the supporting mods for them are.my price range for performance mods is around 1500. considering im 19 and saving money to buy the car haha. just looking to get into the high twelves for now. what do you think???

Intake will run you a couple hundred plus labor - unless you can do it yourself (That goes for everything you listed). Exhaust (cat back) are easy, espcially if you have access to a lift. Your feelings will be hurt though when you look at prices. A tune with dyno time is gonna run you a couple hundred as well.

Headers can approach $1500 by themselves. A cam would be a couple hundred. This would probably be the biggest wake up in performance for the car though. Needs to be tuned afterwards.
