What are the recommended fluids for a REAR DIFF
After gernading my RPM rear last week I have decided to go back to stock for a short time so I can get back on the road. What are the recommended fluids. Gear oil and additives if any. I need amounts as well guys. Thanks alot.

I used Royal Purple Max Gear 3 years ago. It comes with the limited slip additive already in it. I have been very happy with it. I do not remember the quantity required though. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

The capacity for the Rear Differential is 1.7L. Less than 2L bottles. I did mine a month or so ago and used less than 2 Litre bottles.
I, too, used the Royal Purple as it has the friction modifier already in it.

Purple it is. Ben are you sure only 2 bottles are needed? I am not doubting you but myself. When my rear blew at the track Sunday it seemed like more then that.
But since you JUST did this I will go with 2 bottles. Were you completely dry?
