Yes sir. Direct bolt on. 10-15hp gain. Great addition for the $$. You'll need the coolant retrofit pipe. Its about $15. About a 3 hour job. Change your oil pressure sending unit while you're there and save yourself a job down the road! They're notorious for going out.
BTW, you don't have to buy any different coolant pipes. You can grind (or use pliers and snap) some ribs off the bottom of the intake to fit your stock early LS1 coolant lines. I actually prefer this method
