Who has pre-owned differentials?
I really like the prices of pre-owned parts but something as essential as a differential has me kinda skiddish.
My car is a daily driver that does not get raced. I do DRIVE the car, but it has not nor will ever be full-on raced (track or strip) reliability is a must.
How many of you have installed pre-owned gears?

I installed a used Z06 three rib in my 99FRC. It is a high mileage unit, > 80K. Visually the internals look perfect, everything was nice and shiny, gears mesh well, etc. I replaced all the seals for good measure. I've had it in for over 3K now and I have had it on a race track 4 times. So far so good. Its quiet and smooth.
