Depending on how old and what condition your seats are in, you might want new skins. That looks like an area that even if it's repaired will have a lot of "butt stress" for lack of a better term and may continue to tear.
How old are the seats?
I am looking for a shop in the Tampa area as well to install new seat skins. If I find one, I will pass on the information.

Looks like the panel will have to be replaced.

We offer seat covers if you don't want to spend the money on new skins.

This is easily reapairable if the rest of the seat is in good shape.
Ask some of the high end dealers, (cars with lether interiors) who does their upholstery work and youshould get a good idea of who to use.
