[Z06] Electrical help please.. 12v DC accessory

Electrical help please.. 12v DC accessory
Guys,
First off, the 12v dc outlet under the radio where the ash tray is does not work and has not worked since I bought the car.
Second, yesterday I was using my 12v air pump to air up the rear tire and the pump quit working and shut off. I was using the outlet in the center column betwen the passenger and driver seat
Well now there is no power coming from neither of the outlets. I have checked all of my fuses in the fuse box next to the battery and all the fuses tested good.
Is there some kind of other fuse for these outlets located elsewhere because now I cant even charge my cell phone in the car.
I would like to get both outlets fixed. Any help is appreciated
