Default Nitto invo ?

I have currently been looking for a set of tires for my frc it has z06 rims on it, and i am going with the 295 x18 in the rear but im stumped on the front i would like a 275 but they dont offer it would a 245/40/17 be to small and the rim stick out? i think that 255/50/17 would be to bulky should i just go with a different tire?

Not much choice there....go with a different but similar tire on the front. I currently have invos on the back and im pretty happy with it. I have the 555s on the front. Car handles good. Not track tested, though.

I find it to be a little weird to run two different tires on the front and rear. Is there any reason you wanted the Invo in particular?

I'd suggest the NT05. Even with its design, wet traction is still pretty good.

You don't want a 50 series tire anywhere near your car. Don't they have a 265-40/17 available for the front. Second choice would be 275-35/17. I assume your rear tires are 35 series.

Thanks for the input. i may just go with the bfg kdw old design(that way i can get a 275 up front.), even though ilove the nitto design. Im not a big fan of two differnt tires on the front from the rear but thats whats on the car now thats whey its time to upgrade thats how it came when i bought it.

Seriously? Get it? Anyway, they're also known as aspect ratio. In other words, the ratio between height and width.

275/40/17
example....275=mm wide(275/25.4 25.4mm=1inch)=10.8
275*40%=sidewall height=4.33"
so.....10.8" wide 4.33" sidewall height and 17inch rim
