Vinyl Letters Help
I ordered some vinyl letters for the engine covers and was wondering if some of the more experienced installers had some tips before I stick them on.

The best way to install is use a q-tip dipped in water to apply. The water will allow you to move the letter & when in place, use a dry q-tip to squeeze the water out. Then use a toothpick around the edges to take out the last bit of water.

When I installed my air bag letters, I thoroughly cleaned the area with some rubbing alcohol and then applied the letters using an exacto knife. I followed it up by using a Q-tip and pressing the vinyl letters down into the recess. Worked like a charm and never had any problems with the letters coming loose. Would imagine it would work the same way with the engine covers.
