Here are a couple pics of my engine bay. It is not done, it just takes awhile and cash. Remember this is a MY vert with Torch Red interior. What are the opinions out there, good bad or indifferent.
In the old days of the biz... When a (rare) yellow/red car came through it was called the ketchup/mustard or Ronald McDonald car.
I think your engine bay looks great!
Maybe add a lil' polish work here and there? Alternator & bracket, waterpump, belt tensoiner anything to break up the paintwork.

My personal feeling since you asked is; the effort you placed in making this a unique customization project paid off. It is well done however, you need to provide some sort of varaible in the scheme and maybe you are already aware of this. You need to introduce an additional color, less yellow because quite frankly it is overpowering.
Your car is yellow so did you consider a different color as the primary theme such as silver, etc. Otherwise it is an attention getter if that was your objective.
First I certainly appreciate the comments and opinions, both good and bad. Sometimes it takes critisisms (sp?) to open doors. I didn't try to appeal to everyone, as I knew I couldn't and neither could anyone else. That's why I asked for opinions. I am one person with a few years experience, on this board are cummulativly hundreds of years.
I do still have some work to do. Primarily I have to work to get the funds to finish, if finish really is a word here.
The hood liner is off the car in the garage. I just repainted it and am waiting on the hood decal before I put it back on. The battery/fuse covers are in the works, as well as master cylinder and little tidbits.
I do know that the red intake cover is comming off. The fit on the drivers side looks like a$$. I don't know what I am going back with. I may actually switch to the flat cover in stainless along with the remaining parts in stainless. I agree that is needs a variation, I just don't know where to go and it is way to expensive to get it wrong.
Either way I will do something, if it works it works, if not......well then I continue to work so I can change it.
Thanks for the opinions and compliments, both good and bad. Now I have to go learn the Ronald McDonald song seeing how a few think it is a clown car. :-)

I think it looks very good, but do agree that some chrome or high polished stainless steel (i.e., inner fender pieces) would go well with the rest of the stuff.
