Default Mongoose ss?

Seen a guy with a red 99 FRC with stickers that say Mongoose 400 SS on sdies and rear. It has 2 big tips. It seemed so-so as far as speed, seemed mine was pulling him easily, or I should say he WASNT pulling me.

Anyone know of a Mongoose package? I cant seem to find much info out there about it.

Thanks~

Well hell then, I guess I am one of those sad individuals.... regardless of what I drive. But then again it was on the car when I bought it. Maybe that makes me sadder becasue I didn't remove anything.

Can't remember the company's name, but I saw a vendor at Bloomington Gold a few years back selling the Mongoose packages. Never really looked into it that hard as the price was pretty steep for what you got.

It is from a company out of Sarasota , FL called Corvette Concepts. I agree that is seems to be alot of money for a few trinkets. Like I said it was on my car when I bought it, so I wasn't going to change everything back out and scrub the emblems off the car. Does it run better, not sure, never drove it any other way. But it don't run bad.

Same here... had mine on the dyno and it was 338 r/w hp.

black wing K&N air force filter
ported throttle body
178 thermostat
throttle body coolant bypass
max flow mass air sensor
nology capacitive ignition system
silver spark plugs
ignition timing ticker
I think there's a wire set to
decal package.... very important, i think the previous guy papered his wall with them

No idea what the cost was....

I have the additional "Mogoose tri-flo exhaust system" that gets cut up on the forum

I have 341 RWHP. At least that's what it was when the dyno was run.
