Blowing heat on passenger side

Default Blowing heat on passenger side
I have a 1998 C5 that the air conditioner is working on the drivers side and the heater is blowing on the passengers side. Any sugestions, its hot in Phoenix

Default Right side A/C acuator
Where is the right side a/c acuator valve located?

When the 98 coupe I had did that, it needed charged with freon.
