Lug Nut Barrels
Everyone:
I have the factory 2000 polished five-spoke wheels on my FRC and recently replaced the original lugs and covers with chrome. Can the "barrel" of the lug nut be cleaned in any way? Seems to me that the inside of that barrel isn't polished (or cleared) like the rest of the wheel. Could I possibly remove the lugs a few at a time and hit it with a Flitz ball and some Wenol? It seems a shame for the wheels to look so good and then have the lug areas be dull...
