Lapping/Track Days
Go Deeper Into the Corners on Lapping Days!
When you take your car to the track, you want to know you can charge aggressively into the corners and be sure your brakes will shear off that speed—giving you maximum control without unnecessarily sacrificing pace. Just call us and our racing specialists will help you determine the perfect brake pad compound for your car and your style of driving. Carbotech brakes are designed to allow you to “Go Deep!” while being particularly friendly to your rotors.

Basically we were asking for a group buy for all pads across your line so more people could get them and more pads would be bought.

Zo6psi, i understand the concept. We are trying to figure it out. we do a group buy for a club and say we get 25 orders we ship them all to one person in the club.

Adam,

Not to bust your chops buddy. You need to be competitive. You don't need to give me the "Go Deeper" marketing routine. I've used XP8/XP10/XP12 and driven friends cars with Bobcats and AX6s. I can tell you now after running some of the Hawk DTC70s that I can live with them. I'm testing Cobalt next. Cost, performance and longevity are at the top of the list.

What Z06PSI is talking about and what I am looking for is at least 10% if not 20% off. Can you do it? How many orders do you need? You can also cross post a group buy in the track section then the tech sections for at least C4, C5, C6. Between the street crowd and track crowd needs there maybe enough interest.

You do make a good product and I have always had good service with you folks. I just want to see you get more competitive if you want my $$$.

Thanks, Graham

The Carbotech Bobcat 1521™ is our high performance street compound that is our most successful compound. The Bobcat compound is known for its awesome release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. Like our AX™ & XP™ line of compounds, Bobcat 1521™ is a Ceramic based friction material offering minimal rotor damage and non corrosive dust. Bobcat 1521™ offers outstanding performance, even when cold, low dusting and low noise with an excellent initial bite. This compound’s virtually perfect linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Bobcat 1521™ operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 900°F. Bobcat 1521™ is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle, police cruiser, and has won multiple SCCA Solo 2 and Prosolo National Championships. The Bobcat 1521™ compound has been found to last two-three times longer than OE pads you can purchase at a dealership or national retailer. Bobcat 1521™ compound has also been found to extend the life of your rotors 2-3 times. That’s one of the beauties of Carbotech Ceramic brake compounds. Bobcat 1521™ is NOT recommended for any track use.
Since this does not seem to be any "special pricing" that you are not allowed to post. Can you go ahead a list some prices for these pads?

If you like XP8's, you should try XP12's on a set of Hoosiers. If you are not wearing a 6 point harness in my car, you WILL 100% go flying through the winshield with great force.

I run Carbotech Bobcat's on the street. They make no noise, dust less than stock and stop better. They are the pad you want IF you need a dual purpose pad, not the XP8. You really only need the XP series pads if you are running stickier R compound rubber in my opinion.

Stay with street pads for the street people, if you are braking hard enough to need XP8's on stock tires, you are driving way to dangerous on the street.
