Okay guys...Am I missing something? Or is this part of the wheel supposed to look the same as the outside? It doesn't even look like the wheel is polished or was cleared here...Does the picture help you understand what I'm talking about? Will this somehow end up looking like the rest of my polished wheels?

I see what you're talking about, and would say that they don't look like OEM wheels. I think these are after market wheels (the manufacture? I wouldn't know).

They're definitely O.E.M. Stamped GM and the car only has 14K on it. I did see a post from the car care section that seems as if this is common. GM didn't need to chrome / clear the inner barrels with the factory lugs. The chrome lugs without the plastic caps make it stand out more...
I guess if it bothers me this much I should look at another type of lug that hides the issue...
