Default Dead Diagnostic Port?
Ok guys, I posted in the scan and tune section with no response.

I am trying to tune my vette with an hp tuner. The diagnostic port is dead, tried my tuner and autozones, with no success. The cig lighter and horn and all accessories work, so I'm not thinking it's a fuse. Anyone have an idea if it goes into a harness or a fuse hidden somewhere else? Or have the manual to trace that dang thing down?

Fuse #29 or #24 in the passenger footwell 10 Amp
