Can I????????
Hey guys I have an 04 c5, and am looking to upgrade the tranny and rear end. Can I use a c6 rear and tranny without modding anything? I am also open to other suggestions. Or even a c6 z??? Please help

You don't say what trans or rear end you currently have.
Do you have and auto or a 6 speed? If you have an auto do you have the 2:73 or 3:15 rear end? Yes they can be upgraded but without knowing what you have, and what you are trying to achieve its hard to answer your question.

Buying a mass production C6 tranny doesn't mean it's less expensive/better than a rebuilt C5 tranny to support your power. I understand what you're after; a tranny that would hold a warranty for 500+hp..but I doubt the technology in how they make gears improved in the last 5 or 6 years....but if you're the type that wants C6 air in your C5 tires, by all means go through with it and take lots of pics for us!
