They didn't make an auto Z06 but there are a few converted ones out there for drag racing.

I heard the same thing that there are a very limited amount of auto Z06's made from factory. I was told about one that was auctioned recently at a local public auction... bone stock auto Z06. I didn't believe it at first but didn't think so either but he said he had looked it up. I'm still not completely convinced... Anyone else confirm or deny???

It didn't come from the factory that way, but the owner may have modded it to an auto transmission.

FRC's and Z06's only came from the factory with a manual 6 speed transmission. There was never an automatic transmission option offered by GM for FRC's or Z06's.

Look it up.

^^I agree. Some people have converted their FRCs into automatics. My brother plans to do this.

^The notch back roof line. You can also see it has a trunk lid as opposed to a hatch back.
