Replace it with a new one...I have done 2 of them in mine, they don't last forever...They are cheap "chevy" item made by the lowest bidder in a 3rd world country out of 4th rate materials. ....junk that is fine for a Lumina that will be crushed after 7 or 8 years, but NOT for a Corvette!
You have to pull the reservour to get to the pump, be careful, when you remove the nuts, the 'studs' will just fall into the wheel well under the car. Best to jack up the car to get clearance around the tire, and reach in there to find the bottom side of the mounting bolts, and just tape 'em in place with good sticky duct tape so they wont fall. The job is a slight nuisance, but not rocket science.
