Why are you shouting?

Just type Ruff Racing 281 wheels into Google and you will find a number of vendors that sell them.

what problems did you have with them? Any other makers resemble the 281's?

I love my 281's although I got them used. I have heard some horror stories about crappy quality, but overall I am very happy with them. When I got mine used, one had a visible bend and another one had a flat spot that I could not really see. I had them tested and straightened and then powdercoated. I really love the look and the 19/20 setup is perfect for the car. Now I dont race my car, it is stricly a cruiser/showcar so others may have a different preference. Only drawback it that they are freeking heavy. BUT you get what you pay for and I don't have the cash to spend $4 large on some carbon fiber wheels.

They are heavy, they are not always perfectly round, they are cheap crap. You get what you pay for. Buy a set, pay to have them fixed, realize they are crap and sell them.....you could have had a nice set of CCW's. You can get a nice set of used CCW's with tires for about $3k. With the ruff crap wheels and tires you are going to spend at least $2k if not more. Do it right the first time

I have a set on both my vettes (281 and a set of 280's). I have had absolutely no issues with mine. It really depends on what you plan on doing with your car. If you are not going to be racing then go for it. So many people knock these wheels and suggest getting 3-$5K worth of "LIGHT" wheels and do not even run their cars aggressively. So I ask what is the advantage of paying so much for light wheels if you don't intend to reap the benefits. BUT, if you are looking for race advantage, steer well clear of these. JMTC

I run a set of 19/20 Ruff wheels (black with polished lip) and i get nothing but compliments. They changed the look of the car so much and I absolutely love them. I loved the price too! Probably paid under 800 shipped for them a couple of years ago.
