Fuel gauge problem

Default Fuel gauge problem
Hello
I have an 01 and when fuel is just below 1/2 the low fuel light comes on, the check gauge light comes on and the gauge now reads empty. As soon as I put in more fuel the warning lights disappear and the gauge reads correctly.

Help Please

More or less a common problem. Use premium fuel an dump in a bottle of Techron Fuel System cleaner. It should clear up in a tankful or 2.
