I just got one from the Corvette Museum for my '98 coupe (along with the build sheet). It took about two weeks to come. Got a nice surprise when I looked at it, as the glove box sticker showing option codes is missing: it showed I have the Z51 performance suspension and the performance rear axle ratio. No wonder this thing is so damn fun!
I believe you can get a laminated window sticker from the National Corvette Museum for $25.00
When I purchased mine from NCM I only wanted the window sticker for $ 35.00 plus $ 5.00 to get it laminated. I was forced to buy the build sheet for $ 40.00 and $ 5.00 to laminate it and the 2001 brochure. Did not want the latter two but if I wanted the window sticker I had to buy the whole package for $ 90.00. This was about 3 years ago so Im not sure if this policy has changed or not.
As stated, the National Corvette Museum is a great source of information and a wonderful place to visit if you haven't been before. There website has what you are looking for and a whole lot more.

still pretty much the same. to get one you need to purchase the other. of course just like everything else in the world, there have been gradual price increases over the years. you can't blame them for that as the cost of doing business everywhere has gone up over time.
