Definately a blower, if you want more power, turn up the boost.

I am old school & I have more fun with my H/C set up. Long tubes & no cats with the pace cars is obnoxious. I like the idea of kinda having a sleeper. At a stoplight, my car is very quiet. At WOT, the sound alone lets others know it aint stock. With a blower, all is given away with the whine of the blower even at idle.

blower... if you need more, put a smaller pulley on or throw in a blower cam.... can't beat the driveabilty.

Fartpipe has a 402 H/C car, and my little 346 still lays down more power and is VERY streetable. Drove it from central PA to OC Maryland & was getting 30+mpg... Hard to believe but this is why i went down the blower route.
