Only one is the 1st. The sale price of it means nothing to the value of the rest.

Sorry

Default 100k plus 10k in fees

yes this was pretty awsome makes me wonder if my FRC will be worth more than the regular targa coupes in the years to come. I know not now but in say 20 years when only 2000 exist???? I guess only time will tell

I still havent been able to find this show
i would like to see the re run if anyone knows where to find it!!!

I do kind of enjoy the fact that they are a little bit exclusive,,but it is a fact that MOST people don't realize that fact,,including many Corvette owners!!! Mine won't have much collector value when I'm done with it though,,,I bought it to DRIVE it!! Bought it almost 18 months ago to the day! It had 55k on it then,,,now almost 71K!! All smiles with those miles. Can think of no other car that I would want to be frustrated by other stupid drivers/stupid traffic in.Putting up with traffic in the wife's Focus, my F-150, the vet!! Makes it almost bearable!!At least if you get an opening, you can take advantage of it!!

The value of a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

May have been the first FRC, but that's a whole lot of money for a like that.

Absolutely correct. My dad always told me that and its true.

I also believe that in years to come, the FRC/C5Z06 body style will surpass the C5 and likely the base C6 in resale. It may take 10 years from now though. Lower Volume + sought after FRC/Z06 body style = Higher resale.

Not that I care because I ain't sellin' !

I say that because my dad always told me that too and I have also found that out to be true in my experiences both buying and selling.

Heck, I'll probably be long gone before my FRC becomes a "collector" item. But with the new and "improved" government motors, who knows.

I have 1 of the 202 1999 Nassau Blue Fixed Roof Coupes ever made.

I have often wondered how many of the original 202 are now left after 10 years.

Do you suppose I could get 100 grand for mine?

You could if it came with $80K in a suitcase in the trunk.
