Bad BeCool Radiator?

Bad BeCool Radiator?
I have this BeCool Radiator in my 98 C5, auto. just the coolant goes thru it, no other oil cooler.
its been happening off and on this past yr, but it'll leak coolant on the inlet side (left upper) after i shut the car off and let it sit for a while. It only does this if engine temps go past 195*. this weekend i was sitting in traffic and it never went past 190, but i also turned on the heater to get the hot air out. air temps were 65*-70* at most. so relatively cool.
today, air temp was 85 and humid. engine temps got up in the 205* range while cruising 70mph. but i got home and popped the hood to let it cool down. i come out later in the night and theres a huge puddle under the front driver side. i looked and it seems its coming from the top left side. not the actual inlet of the coolant hose, but where the fins start..
has anyone else had issues with their BeCool's? leaking or anything?
can radiators be fixed or am i screwed and have to buy a new one?
