Can be a problem getting it stretched to fit the first few times. Laying it out in the sun or a hair dryer is a good idea. After it has been on a few times, it should get easier to install.

Where did you install the 4th clip in the fender well for the strap with the clip on it.I can not find a screw so the strap fits on it correctly?
heat is the great equilizer. i notice you are up north, and probably haven't had any really warm days yet. it is best to wait until you can let it "bake" in the hot sun (preferably resting on a blacktop driveway for more heat radiating) for a bit before attempting the "stretch" required to get it on. it is tight to avoid flapping, so it is kind of a catch 22, you don't want any flapping of the material, but you want it to go on easy. the two are a bit mutually exclusive unfortunately. baking it works for certain.
I've got that mask from MA and have used it for all my long trips. It's ok and protects well... the only thing I don't like about it is that it attaches under the hood with velcro and that never holds. The velcro pulls clear off of the car (both sides). $.02 deposited.
