Is there a way to reprogram the DIC message?

Some other C5 owneres I know want to figure out if the DIC can be reprogrammed on a C5. You know the welcome message that comes up when the key is turned on..

Is there any way to do this?

I think that is possible on the C6 but not possible on the C5.
