What's it worth?

I am watching an 01 Black Coupe with custom red interior that i believe was done by midamerica. The car is a salvage however looks to be fixed very very well. The car is loaded and has 75K miles. Its a 6 speed. Good condition car. Let me know... Thanks Guys

The extent of damage done to warrant the salvage would play a major role in the value of the car.

$10,000, after further thought I can't even see paying that. You could spend a little more and get a clean title vehicle.

Good advice would be forget it and look for a nice, clean-titled alternative. There are plenty of good, low mileage examples out there for bargain prices.

No ahh ahh! 05' already has it's issues and throwing a salvage title into the mix will cause even more frustration.

Some insurance companies will not cover comp and collision on a salvage title. The car is only worth what you can afford to lose in event of total loss.

So which insurance companies not cover salvage vehicles? I've been around and haven't found one yet.

I have a salvage title 01 triple black vert. I did the rebuild many years ago, and have put about 20,000 miles on it since it was rebuilt. I insure through State Farm. I'll be driving it today. I would not part with it for 10,000. I also have a '14 (solid title) which I may trade for a C8.
