Find the leak...could use some help
New stroker motor in car with 500 miles on the clock...noticed an oil smell every once in a while last 200 miles or so. Crawled under the car last night and see oil drips pooling in the area just to the rear (toward torque tube) of the the drain plug (not the drain plug leaking). Oil drops are blowing back on the X-pipe is why I smell it.
What's back in that area that could be leaking? Car is M6.

Rear main seal. Check the bellhousing with a flashlight. Also check the heads and valve cover in the back it could be driping back ther is close to the back fire wall so get a mech mirror and strart inspecting. Good luck
