I'm kind of a computer moron when it comes to cross-listing sites.
However, here's how I looked it up
CRAIGLIST NJ
CENTRAL NJ
AUTO PARTS
CORVETTE
listing is 8/8 "Corvette Glass Top OEM 97-2004 99.75% condition $400

Maybe someone can do a direct listing for you. I was absent that day in computer class
or I was distracted by that girl with the long auburn hair, sorry.

Robby,

On the Parkway, exit 105 Eatontown/Long Branch (Monmouth Park Horse Track)
exit 91 or 88 Brick/Lakewood

I'm exit 114 Holmdel/Middletown

Have we bored all non-NJ residents yet? I always thought Lodi was a nice quiet
Italian town, is that where your top got stolen? There's a beautiful park in Lodi
as I remember and a small exotic car place too.

Damn...., I have just figured out that I got screwed out of a top when I bought my car in April. I only received one clear top with it. I didn't realize that it originally came with both the clear and painted tops. I could have bargained the price a little more. Oh well........live and learn.

Corvette Glass Top OEM 1997-2004. Brand New CONDITON Top is original factory OEM glass top that came with my 2001 Corvette . It is in brand new condition still in the factory bag. I have never used it. Came with the car as a second top, the previose owner said she only used it once or twice. Will fit 1997-2004 Corvette Coupes.
The only marks on the top are on the inside of the locking handles that show they have been locked on the car before.

Will help with delivery "1/2" way if needed .
The top retails for $1,300.00 at gm.

slide it under your bed as someone mentioned before? It's not as if our cars our classics at the NCRS that we have to show every option at a car show.

I usually drive with my targa off and stored in the back and don't really carry a lot in the
back. My friend does the same but he carrys a lot of junk, he went into his car at least
20 times on Sat. at a cruise night, lifting up the roof to get something. I can't imagine
why anyone would ride around with 2 roofs but I see a lot of people do. Why?

I keep my second top in the rear because it is the safest place. I remove it when I go on trips; think of this, how can it get damaged when it is out of sight and have the custom cover protecting it. In or out in a few seconds and it will be a selling point if I ever sell the Vette.

Default Different tops for different times of year

I have both tops on my '01, and generally like the painted one more for when the heat hits. Down in Texas the heat just makes the clear top unbearable. The clear top is in great shape and I will keep it for the winter and for rainy days.

Robby, Take care & good luck.

2 Top Owners, I accept the rationale for owning 2 tops.

What I don't get is lugging around 2 tops at once all the time. That means you can never take the roof off and it dramatically cuts down on your cargo space.
I really don't even like the fact that it covers up my new lloyd's cargo mat. As far as
safety goes, is the top safer in your car or under your bed (maybe you 2 top guys are
conserving your strength by not taking the tops off and saving it for the bedroom).

Yup, use the color one for summer, clear one for winter and no-top for the spring/fall...

You really didn't shafted on getting just one top. Dual tops was an option and not all cars had it.

In addition to being a lot cooler, the solid top is also quieter. Makes a lot of comfort difference on road trips.

I've got 3 tops, one painted and two clear. A friend crashed her Vette and gave me hers. It was in perfect condition! The other clear top I was thinking of reconditioning it. And selling it locally.

I have 2 tops and never use the glass, I never carry both, If I did I wouldn't be able to remove the top because there would be no where to put it.
