Default "Made in USA"

I am sure some of you have seen it but I just noticed today that underneath the car in the rear ABS storage compartment right where you mount the exhaust enhancement plate it has the "Corvette" logo and says "Made in USA".

I laughed when I saw it as it reminded me of the Matchbox cars I used to play with when I was a kid but they all said Made in China.

Kinda cool to see it under there.

I noticed that too when I installed an exhaust enhancement plate. Too bad many of the parts were not made in the USA.

It should read "Assembled in the USA". The majority of the components and parts are made elsewhere like Mexico, China, and Taiwan. Try to find an AC Delco part that is actually made in the US. I'd be interested to know if you find anything.

uh sorry guys but name one car that is 100% American... or German....or Japanese...dead horse? Yeah use a search feature. The Corvette is as American as our national anthem...oh wait wasn't that written by a British composer? Or maybe as American as an all American Burger...oh crap

Get my point?

Fixed it for you. I can name several cars that are 100% American made but not any new cars.
