The headlight motor gear change is not to hard. I did mine last week. Try this. Raise headlight aand then remove the black trim. Block the headlight to hold it up. Remove the hood adjuster, now you have room to reach behind the motor to hold the 3 nuts that hold the motor. Use a 10mm wrench to remove the center nut, this holds the the headlight linkage that holds up the light. Then remove the other three nuts and the motor comes off. Becareful that the light does nut fall. assemble in reverse order. Hope this helps.
