Having this god awful noise being made in the passenger side head light once it closes for about 5 sec. And nothing thing is the head lights pop up when i just turn the running lights on. Just seeing if anyone knows what i 've got going wrong. thx

Its your headlight gear. They strip out as they are plastic and need replaced.

Do a serach here and you will find some threads on doing it. I got some aluminum replacement ones from Brent F. here to do mine.

As I said, do a search as someone had a great step by step write up to do it. Around $50 in parts per headlight and what looks to be about an hours worth of time.

Sounds like it's time to change those flip light gears, pretty easy to do yourself.
