Vendor on forum Jeff@TPE has a brand new wide body kit for c5 and has a thread out , getting ready to do myself. I have the exact set up that comes on a stock c6 on my c5 18"x 9.5 front wheel and 19" x 11 rear and the same goodyear tires from c6, no rubbing but with the wide fender can go c6 z06 sizes, 35 front 30 rear , not sure of remainder info

You left out a lot of info?
Biggest tire on what size rim?
How much $$$ do you want to spend?
Wide body, or flares?

Ton of threads do search on here to get some ideas. A lot of people upgrade to a 18/19 combo from the stock 17/18. The most common "big tire" package is 275/18/35 (18x10 rim) up front and a 305/19/30 (19x11 rim) in the rear. Real common and a well testesd setup here on the forum. But you will see guys with a little bit of everything. You can go wider but you will have more than a little buldge outside of the wheel well.

Myself I went with a 295/19/35 in the rear since I want a slightly bigger sidewall in the rear instead of slightly smaller.

What advantage of having the 35 over the 30 sidewall is there? I'm about to buy a new set and wanted to know what sidewall size to get on the front / back.

I have OEM C5Z wheels

The inside of the wheel well is cut open, and widened about two inches, then recapped with new endcaps, then covered with sound deadening material, finally covered with carpet to look factory.

The whole point is to to be able to run a bigger tire 'inside' the WW, and look oem. Lingenfelter makes the kit, and new , wider WW liners are included.

This is what I am giving some serious consideration. This is something that is very easy for any semi handy person to do.
