Default Elec Problem Need Help

I have a 2002 Z06. I have a 12v draw between the neg battery post and the neg battery cable. The cable is disconected. I have checked the altenator new regulater and diode pack it puts out 14.40v with engine running. I put a voltmeter between the neg battery post and neg battery cable and pulled each in the fuse block under the hood one at a time with no change on the voltmeter. Is there another fuse block somwhere in the car? What would cause this drain on the battery? THANKS FOR ANY HELP JAY

There is another fuse block under the foot well in the car on the passenger side, Also you have to wait like 15 mins for the computer to go to sleep. Some have hooked up the meeter and waited and it did drop after waiting.
