Default new paint and body work

a car backed into me a couple of weeks ago. so i took the opertunity to do some custom work.. painted it flat black but i gave the paint a tad bit of texture so its more like a teflon coating.. i smoothed out the rear corvette and the front bumper... also did some swued work ...

Looks good! I think you should put some suede over the lower door panels as well to complete the look!

I love the suede look on the inside. That is awesome looking. I would love to do this to mine. How hard was this? Maybe not the roof so much but the lower dash panels and across the doors some. Nice work.

ill get som pics of the bumper for you... it wasnt hard i did all this in my garage! and i am not abody and paint guy... you just have to us a polyurathan body filler.. normal body filler (bondo) will crack... the stuff i got was $45 bucks but it drys hard as a rock and you can bend it with out it cracking... front took me about 6 hours... wasnt to hard...

I guess I'm old fashioned, but I really hate flat black. Looks like you did great work on the body filling, though.

Looks great, especially the suede work.

Now the car is begging for some forged wheels or at least some replica's that fill out the wells. Would really help pull off the look.

I saw your car when I was driving in Wood Ranch last week. I definitely had to do a double take as you were driving in the other direction. Your car looks great!

A couple cars ahead of you was another C5 that made me throw up in my mouth a little. It had a GIANT wing and some nasty looking racing stripes. So it was a nice relief to see your car about 20 seconds later cause that other car just about ruined my day
