I'm trying to remove the plastic interior panel where the shoulder/seatbelt is attached into.
I'm kinda hesitant to disconnect the shoulder belt from the sidewall but can't figure any other way to remove the panel.
Can someone please help and tell me what I should do to remove this interior panel?
Bruce, you are right. The seatbelt will have to come off. Its not really too difficult, ou will need a torx socket and breaker bar or impact gun for that (its on there pretty tight!). Once you have that out of the way, the panel should come off pretty easy. They are just held on with those little plastic interior clips. It helps to have an interior trim tool. Its basically a small prybar that you can fit behind the panel to help release the fastener. Go slow and careful not to damage the clips. Good luck.
