Dupont makes a kit for caliper painting. It is a brush on kit. Comes with a spray cleaner and brush, paint. I'd jack the car up completely and get all the tires off at the same time. Spray clean all calipers, start on one and move to the next putting layers of paint on. If you go around all 4 by the time you get to the first it will be ready for another coat. The first 2 coats look terrible. Need 3-4 coats and there is enough paint to do 3 cars at least.
When dry use a white paint pen to do the letters on the front. The pen has a flat brush/blade on it and if you carefully go over the letters it will cover well and look great.
Some people mask and spray but I think the Dupont kit which is purpose made for it and available at auto parts stores is fine. Made to be able to handle the high heat of calipers.
EDIT: Also get some black brake paint and paint the brackets black. Paint the rotors black also where they are rusty. If you go over the rusty area a little into the path of the shoe it will make a nice clean line for you when the brakes are used as it scrapes the bit of paint off.

I like more red in mine! I painted the caliper, brackets, and the back of the brake pads in red. for the front caliper letters I just scraped the mostly dry paint off with a blade. I painted the rotors silver, they came out great! they had a lot of rust on them to begin with so the paint didn't go on smooth, I really need new rotors.
I did mine with Duplicolor red brush on paint. 1 can will do like a dozen cars.l If you come over I'll paint yours for free. That is if you don't mind driving to Middle Georgia
And they won't look nearly as good as the powdercoat. I started with painted calipers. The paint chips way too easily and the dirt and road grime sticks to the paint and makes them very hard to keep clean.

I did, but i did it during the winter when i have 7 months of downtime. I think the guy that does them on the forum does and exchange.

I bolted mine back on, bled the brakes and was done.
I jusy sprayed mine with duplicolor ceremic caliper paint, I masked off the pad and sprayed the calipers and the bracket, then with a nail file I went over the letters, the look perfect, and dont think they could look any better.
