2008 Impala SS at Unique Auto Sales in Ft Lauderdale FL vin # 2G1WD58C889218594. I am interested in buying, any knowledge would be appreciated!

why don't you try an impala board...might have better luck finding previous impala owners there.

Dude if you want a high performance American made sedan check out the REAR WHEEL DRIVE Pontiac G8! There is no way I would buy one of those front wheel drive, rental car fleet Impalas!

The G8s are really nice. Since Pontiac is being shut down, they will be a rare car.

I would just ask for a carfax and see what they say. If I lived in the area, I would do that just for fun. They have to know the truth about the car.
