Thanks everyone.
I did have new tires put on because they were the originals and were no good.
Rich- You are very observant. The tree was replaced. It was an Oak tree that was put in originally too close to the house and was getting too big to stay where it was. This is hurricane country and it's not a good idea to have Oak trees too close. Palms are safer.
