[Z06] lock nut keys on z06

lock nut keys on z06
I am getting my brake pads changed at the dealership when they called to ask me where I have my lock nut keys. Do Z06's have lock nuts on them? I looked at my wheels and saw all lug nuts...or are they just covers?

those are covers the lug nuts are 3/4 under that. You should have a plastic bag with a key and 4 regular lug nuts if you want to go back to no lock nuts
My bag was by the inflation kit in the trunk.
I would be concerned about a dealer that is not familiar enough with a c-5 to not know about the lug nuts :eek:

The key should be in the trunk in a depression in the left frame rail. You have
to pull up the carpet to get at it. I hope the key is there.
The dealer that took delivery of my car did not put the key there as I found
out when trying to get a couple of nails taken out of my tires. The tire place
had to use the brute force method to remove the locks. Had to buy new
locks from the local dealer.
When you go to the dealer, make sure that they sell you the correct locks.
