Default Wagon wheel question?

I want to have a full size spare around, and I am wondering if a front wagon wheel with stock size tire will fit on the rear of a 98 corvette. I dont have any wagon wheels to try it, so I want to check before I buy one.
Thanks for the help, Titan

Yes it will fit but you will have two different size tires on the rear, one which is the same size as a front tire. Besides being unsafe to operate your traction control is not going to play well.

Yes, I thought of that, it will yeild 2 differnet rear tire diameters. It is just for an emergency because I am not using runflats. If the 17" wheel will fit the rear I can use a 255 45 17 tire, which has a closer tire diameter to the rear.

Why not carry a Z06 inflation kit instead?

It's a bottle of tire goop and an electric inflation pump. Add a small plugging kit, if you like.

Saves hassle and wasted weight and space of a spare and a jack AND it's a safe emergency repair (comes as standard equipment in a Z06)

DO NOT USE GOOP ON TIRES w/ PRESSURE MONITORS unless you want to buy a new one when you buy the tire too!
