Dead When Starting
I haven't checked the codes yet; will in the morning.
In the last two months, I've had a strange phenomenom happen during start up.
Sequence of events:
o Stick key in ignition
o Seats, mirror, steering wheel move as programmed
o Car in neutral (manual)
o Depress clutch
o Turn key
o Gauges activate
o Absolutely nothing happens - no sound- no motors -no nothing
After a couple of failed attempts to start, I let the car sit for a couple of minutes and it starts STRONG as if nothing has happened.
This is a daily driver and errand runner so in the last two months, there has been many, many starts and stops but the problem is I cannot predict when the car is not going to start.
By definition this constitutes "Unreliable".
