Could be,,but could be a few things.Might be a vet owner in his "other" car,,could be the LS thing, might just like performance cars(a car guy) maybe wants to get a vet and is just practicing!! I gave a 
to a new Camaro as I passed him the other day. I give a wave or thumbs up to lots of cars regardless of what I'm driving!!

Yesterday I saw a guy in a white Camaro with the C5 cross-flag emblem on his drivers side rear pillar 
. I at least hope he had one on the passenger side also

That's what I was thinking. A few times while working, I've waved to other Vettes from my patrol car...they always slow down almost coming to a stop...like they did something wrong. I stopped a guy in a C3 last night doing 65 in a 45...we talked about his car. No ticket, just told him to check out the forum.
