Question on fuel sending unit(s)
I inspected a wrecked and stripped '99 coupe this morning. The guy bought it for the engine to install in his shoebox Chevy. EVERYTHING else was removed (with great care - no chopping or cutting) and is up for grabs (cheap!). I'm in "car guy heaven".
Among other things, I'm interested in the fuel sending unit(s). I can see what appears to be the units on the bottom, rear, outside corner of both tanks. Is that what I am looking for...? If it is I'd like to clean them up and keep them for when I get tired of adding Techron/Seafoam to my fuel every two months.
