Any suspension adjustments should require alignment afterwards! I lowered and then aligned mine! It was lowered by only cranking the stock bolts at all four corners and it WAS out of alignment afterwards!

I guess I got lucky cause I did mine with only the bolts, no cutting or removal and my front end feels fine, but I only went down 3/4 inch

TX405Z06, My car felt fine too after lowering but I had heard so many people say that once the suspension has been altered the alignment can not be the same, so I decided to get it aligned! It was out! It was done on a Hunter Alignment rack and I walked in with all the alignment specs in hand! I had also put new wheels and tires on at that same time and just didn't want to take any chances of wearing those new (and expensive) tires out prematurely! Hope this helps! I am glad I spend the $65. :chevy

Lowered with the stock bolts. It drove just fine for 300 miles. Took it in to dealer with new Hunter rack. 4 wheel alignment as all were out. $79. ( It drove just fine.....) yah right :bb

Just because a car feels alright, doesn't mean that the alignment is in spec. If you changed the ride height of your car, I would suggest that you have the alignment checked. If nothing else, It's cheap insurance against tire wear. :chevy

Carl. Bryner did the alignment! They were pretty good there and took care of my car like it was their own! I am glad you suggested them! They are also very knowledgeable about Corvettes! Thanks

PS I think I have about 15 coats of Z5 on the car by now! Lookin Scweeet!

in 18,000 miles after lowering and not aligning, my fronts were down to the steel belts on the inside.

At least get it checked.
