Exhaust tips
Dose anyone make a round exhaust tip that fits around the oval tips? I don't want to remove the stock tips, just bolt on some round ones.

True - my bad. Didn't see that statement. No one I know makes a set for the '01-'04. I have seen over-the-tip set-screw type for '97-'00 but that's it.

Thanks for your help. I will see about removing the stock tips, and saving them in case I want to go back to all original parts.

You will probably have to use a chisel to cut through the welds holding the tips on.
I recommend Corsa Hot Tips, but they are expensive (~$129). Here is a picture of them installed on a 1998:

Well worth the money. They look great. That's exactly what I want. Thank you for the picture of your beautiful C5.

I was thinking of doing the same thing, but havent found any vendors that sell them.
What years did the oval tips come on? I saw a '00 yesterday with the big round ones (stock)...

NO C5 Corvette came stock with big round tips...The 97-99 came with ugly black tips...the 2000-2004 came with the small oval Cadillac "wimp tips"...

The Corsa Hot Tips are now up to $149, ZIP sells them, here is a link:

Thses are heavy duty stainless steel polished tips that look like chrome. They hold up very well, mine are 5 years old and look new.
I am not sure how they would fit a 2001-2004 without the chrome oval tips? Look inside your tips, you probably have the same "ends" as a 1997-2000 exhaust, I bet they just welded the chrome tips over these.

These were on the car when I bought it in Nov. They have spring clips and push over the oval pipes.
